b) Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.


Return Process

b) Provide the necessary details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.

c) Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

d) Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.

e) Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number (if applicable).

f) Ship the package back to the designated return address, using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference:
